Three students presented posters on INSPIRED research at the 44th Annual Conference of the Association for Computer Educators in Texas on Friday, October 3, 2008 in Austin. Each of them won an award in the student poster competition:

1st place: Valerie Juarez for "Analysis of Memory Performance for Chip Multiprocessors"

2nd place: Zack Henkel for "Research in Exploring Computer Science through Robotics"

3rd place: Crystal Wettingfeld for "INSPIRED Instructional Materials for Engaging Middle School Students in Computing"
